Can I cancel my order after making the purchase?

Yes, we accept cancellations within the first 24 hours after you place your order. After this period, we will not be able to cancel your purchase, as the production process will have already begun and the products are made to order.

No. All our products are made to order and unique, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges if the customer selected the wrong color or style, or simply changed their mind. Therefore, we ask that you carefully review your product and its details before purchasing

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email once your order is ready to ship. Please allow at least 2 to 3 days after placing your order.

Yes, our covers are designed to withstand daily use. They are printed on durable materials with a linen finish, and are available in matte or glossy hardcover depending on the model

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide thanks to our efficient printing platform. Orders are produced in strategic local centers (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and more), allowing for efficient delivery times and reduced costs depending on your location.

The estimated production time is 3 to 7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 5 to 10 days, depending on the country. Please note that some destinations may have customs duties or taxes. These customs duties are low, and if the duty is very low, it may be waived. Furthermore, the amount of these duties varies according to local regulations, and shipping rates may also vary depending on your country.

For greater convenience, all our shipments are sent via a standard, highly efficient method that takes 5 to 10 business days after your product is produced.

Currently, we do not ship to countries with logistical restrictions, such as Russia, Ukraine, China, Venezuela, and Cuba, among others.
