Refund and Return Policy

At Ellafits, all our products are made to order, meaning each item is uniquely produced after your purchase is confirmed. For this reason, our policies are designed to protect both service quality and transparency for our customers.

Cancelations

We accept cancellations only within the first 24 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production.
After this time, your order automatically enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as the products are personalized and made especially for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

– Incorrect color selection

– Customer change of mind

-Downloadable products

We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide and product details before confirming your purchase.

Damaged Products or Products with Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a full refund, provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must:

1. Contact us directly at support@ellafits.com

2. Attach a clear photo of the visible defect

3. If multiple products with the same design are affected, include a photo or video showing all the items in a single frame

It is not necessary to return the damaged product.

Failed Deliveries

If an order is not successfully delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address), you can choose from:

– A reprint at an additional charge

– A partial refund

Printing Tolerance (DTG)

For products printed using the DTG technique, there may be a variation of up to 0.5” (1.27 cm) in design placement. These minor differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for reprints or refunds.
